Larry Gene Wilkinson 78, of Clay Center, Kansas passed away on June 20, 2019, in Manhattan, Kansas.

Larry was born in Washington, Kansas to Raymond and Bernice (Elliott) Wilkinson on January 5, 1941.

He married Peggy Simnitt on December 24, 1961, in Morrowville, Kansas.

He worked on Bridge Construction, was a Truck Driver and a Welder for many years.

Larry is survived by his wife Peggy Wilkinson, Daughter Christy (David) Balfour, Daughter in law Lori Wilkinson. Grandchildren Shaun (Hillary) Wilkinson, Danielle (Curt) Judd, and Madisyn Balfour. Great Grandchildren Benjamin Wilkinson, Abigail Wilkinson, and Brooklyn Judd. Brothers Paul Wilkinson and Ronald Wilkinson.

Larry is preceded in death by his Parents, Sister Wanda Rhine, Brothers Dale Wilkinson, Donald Wilkinson, Phillip Wilkinson, and two Sons, Terry Lee Wilkinson, & Randy Gene Wilkinson.

The family of Larry Wilkinson wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the Wroten House of Meadow Lark Hills.

Burial will be at Morrowville City, Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Carlson’s Irvin-Parkview Funeral Home and Cremation.
