Twenty Manhattan firefighters on Saturday extinguished a garage fire in northeast Manhattan.

The Manhattan Fire Department arrived at 126 Kopp Drive, a single-story house with an attached garage, at 2:47 a.m. The garage was already ablaze, and officials contained it within 15 minutes of arrival.

Seven people were in the home at the time of the fire, and they left with no injuries.

Officials estimated damage to the property and its contents was $90,000.

The owner of the property is Enterprises LLC of Little River, and the resident agent is MK Property Management LLP of Manhattan, according to the fire department.

Officials did not identify the people who had been in the house.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
