• Timothy Austin Terrill Smith, 33, 8605 Eagles Landing Drive, for two counts of failure to appear and parole violation. Confined on $16,750 bond.

• Meghan Marie Harrison, 32, 3000 Tuttle Creek Boulevard No. 190, for DUI. Free on $1,500 bond.

INCIDENTS

• Three people entered Alpha Tau Omega’s fraternity house and took a piano and trophies, according to a Riley County Police Department report. Officers filed a report for aggravated burglary at 1632 McCain Lane at about 7:50 a.m. Friday. Estimated total loss is $5,000. Police ask that anyone with information contact the RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Anonymous information provided to Crime Stoppers at 785-539-7777 could result in a cash reward up to $1,000.

• A 23-year-old woman and a 27-year-old male allegedly battered each other and damaged property, according to an RCPD report. Officers filed a report for aggravated assault, domestic battery and criminal damage to property at about 5:45 p.m. Friday. Because of the domestic nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.

• Someone took a trumpet, keys and miscellaneous tools from a 48-year-old woman and a 48-year old man’s garage, according to an RCPD report. Officers filed a report for aggravated burglary at 1913 Beck St. at about 6:50 p.m. Saturday. Estimated total loss is $1.210. Police refused to identify the victim. Police ask that anyone with information contact the RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.

• A 36-year-old man allegedly battered a 36-year-old woman, according to an RCPD report. Officers filed a report for aggravated battery in Manhattan at about 11:50 p.m. Saturday. Because of the domestic nature of the report, no additional information will be released.

• A man known to police damaged the glass door at O’Malley’s Alley, according to an RCPD report. Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property at 1210 Moro St. at about 3:30 a.m. Estimated total loss is $500.
