• Antwan Jamal Frost, 32, 907 Vattier St. No. 1, for aggravated domestic battery, aggravated battery, criminal restraint, criminal damage to property and theft of property or services. Confined on $25,000 bond.

• Nathan Austin Rojas, 41, 817 Goodrich Drive, for probation violation. Exceptionally cleared.

• Kennedy Bernard Johnson Jr., 22, Junction City, for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture, plant or cultivate a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana. Free on $3,000 bond.

INCIDENTS

• A filing through Riley County District Court identified the victim in the reported Westloop assault Friday as Corey Minor. The complaint alleges that Jose Miguel Rivera confined Minor with the intent to hold him for ransom and that Rivera had a gun. Police responded to a report of an assault in a vehicle in the Marshalls parking lot Friday morning and later arrested Rivera on charges of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated robbery. Minor was uninjured.

• An unknown person took two Michelin Primacy tires from Little Apple Honda, according to a Riley County Police Department report. Officers filed a report for theft at 2828 Amherst Ave. at about 10:15 a.m. Tuesday. Estimated total loss is $766. Anonymous information provided to Crime Stoppers at 785-539-7777 could result in a cash reward up to $1,000.

• An unknown person took a bank bag from Wendy’s, according to an RCPD report. Officers filed a report for theft at 100 Goodfood Place at about 8:05 p.m. Tuesday. Estimated total loss is $637. Anyone with information can contact the RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.

• An unknown person damaged a storage door and took a backpack and leafblower from Leafer Landscape, according to an RCPD report. Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property and theft at 401 Third Place at about 6:55 a.m. Estimated total loss is $800.
