• Travell Davon Hairston, 28, 4440 Tuttle Creek Boulevard No. 83, for aggravated assault, probation violation, two counts of failure to comply with traffic citation, criminal discharge of a firearm and criminal damage to property. Free on $12,500 bond.

• James Robert Baugh, 66, Olsburg, for failure to appear. Free on $750 bond.

INCIDENTS

• Someone forced entry into Zermatt LLC and took an air compressor and miscellaneous tools, according to a Riley County Police Department report. Officers filed a report for theft at 801 S. Park St. in Ogden at about 8:45 a.m. Wednesday. Estimated total loss is $700. Police ask that anyone with information contact the RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Anonymous information provided to Crime Stoppers at 785-539-7777 could result in a cash reward up to $1,000.

• A 36-year-old woman reported someone took clothing and electronics from her residence, according to an RCPD report. Officers filed a report for burglary at 4440 Tuttle Creek Blvd. at about 1:10 p.m. Wednesday. Estimated total loss is $800. Police refused to identify the victim. • A 22-year-old man reported that he got into an argument with a man he didn’t know, and the man displayed a handgun, according to an RCPD report. Officers filed a report for aggravated assault at 2215 College Ave. at about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police refused to identify the victim.
