ARRESTS

• Paul Edward Foltz, 76, Ogden, for DUI. Free without bond.

• Briana Ranee Wilson, 22, Kansas City, Missouri, for failure to appear. Confined on $1,500 bond.

• Stephen Bradley Price, 22, Manhattan, for two counts of domestic battery. Confined on $2,000 bond.

INCIDENTS

• A 52-year-old man reported that someone took his black Finish Line trailer, according to an RCPD report. Officers filed a report for theft Wednesday in the 100 block of Juliette Ave. Estimated total loss is $1,300. Police refused to identify the victim, despite the fact that the information is public record under state law. Police ask that anyone with information about this incident to contact the RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Anonymous information provided to Crime Stoppers at 785-539-7777 could result in a cash reward up to $1,000.

• Someone took a 19-year-old’s Glassmaker boat, according to an RCPD report. Officers filed a report for theft Wednesday at 1830 College Heights Road. Estimated total loss is $500. Police refused to identify the victim, despite the fact that the information is public record under state law. Police ask that anyone with information about this incident to contact the RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.

Police released new information on the following cases:

• An unknown person gave Laken Wagner, 20, a fraudulent check, scamming her out of $3,480, according to a July 30 RCPD report.

• A known man allegedly took antique silverware and miscellaneous personal items from Amanda Sutterlin, 33, according to an Aug. 2 RCPD report.

• Two unknown men took 30-year-old Danielle Schiebel Sales’ wedding ring and vape pen, according to an Aug. 2 RCPD report.

• Michael McDermott, 79, reported someone broke the basement windows to his apartment, according to an Aug. 4 RCPD report.

• Logan Coble, 21, reported someone took his Sig Sauer P365 and holster, according to an Aug. 5 RCPD report.

• Tony Crane, 31, reported someone took his black Glock 19 Gen 4, 9 mm, and holster, according to an Aug. 5 RCPD report.
