Kansas State's game at Oklahoma State will start in the evening.
The Big 12 Conference, in a joint release with ESPN, announced Monday the K-State/Oklahoma State contest will kick off at 6 p.m. Sept. 28 in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
The game will be streamed live on Big 12 Now on ESPN+.
After its first open date of the season, the game at Boone Pickens Stadium will be K-State's conference opener — and double as its Big 12 debut under first-year head coach Chris Klieman. Oklahoma State jumps into league play Saturday, going on the road to take on Texas.
The Wildcats have beaten the Cowboys two years in a row.
The last time they met in Stillwater, the Wildcats stunned the then-No. 10 Cowboys 45-40 before following up with a 31-12 home victory last season. K-State hasn't won consecutive road games against Oklahoma State since back-to-back victories in 1995 and 1998.
After this year's game against Oklahoma State, K-State returns to Bill Snyder Family Stadium to host Baylor on Oct. 5.
