Kansas State baseball’s regular season will conclude with a doubleheader.
Game 2 of the Sunflower Showdown, originally slated for 11 a.m. Saturday in Lawrence, was postponed because of severe weather. The Wildcats (25-29, 8-14 Big 12) and Jayhawks now will play a twin bill Sunday at Hoglund Ballpark.
The first game Sunday will start at 2 p.m., with the second contest to follow.
The Jayhawks (29-25, 10-12) dominated the series opener Friday, blanking the Wildcats 10-0.
K-State already has clinched a spot in the Big 12 Championship at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark in Oklahoma City. The tournament begins Wednesday.
Both games Sunday will air on ESPN+ and the ESPN app.
