Jordan Pieschl and Billy Brown were married March 9 at First Presbyterian Church in Manhattan.
She is the daughter of Anthony and Patricia Pieschl of Wichita. graduated from Ell-Saline High School in 2011. She received a bachelor’s degree in agricultural communications and journalism in 2015 and a master’s degree in agricultural education in 2017, both from Kansas State University. She is a coordinator of recruitment and retention events at K-State’s College of Agriculture.
He is the son of Tim and Susan Brown of Westmoreland. He graduated from Rock Creek High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in animal science and industry in 2010 from Kansas State University and a master’s degree in animal sciences and industry in 2012 from Michigan State University. He is a graduate research assistant at K-State.
The ceremony was officiated by R.C. McConnell.
Maid of honor was Justine Dlabal of Wilson. Bridesmaids were Michelle Kejr of Manhattan, Emily Koop of Abilene, Andrea Tenney of Lincoln, Nebraska and Mariah Jones-Greif of Salina.
Best man was Jon Ireland of Hebron, Nebraska. Groomsmen were Logan Brown of Wichita, Karl Brown of Denver, Colorado, Brandon Gunn of Manhattan and Mike Pieschl of Del Rio, Texas.
Ushers were Clint Blaes of Topeka, Drew Goering of Manhattan, Nathan Laudan of Kansas City and Blake Jones of Wamego.
Flower girl was Kate Pope of Hays. Ring bearer was Chisum Pope of Limon, Colorado. Music for the ceremony was provided by The Church Ladies and Robba Moran.
The reception was at the K-State Alumni Center in Manhattan. Music and entertainment was provided by The Lovehandles.
