Elias Logan and Emily Kruse joined together in marriage on June 15 in the company of their families and friends at the Bride and Bauer in Kansas City.
Ray Coffey of Manhattan officiated the wedding ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Scot and Stephanie Kruse and sister of Annie Kruse of Andover. The groom is the son of Brad Logan and Lauren W. Ritterbush of Manhattan.
The couple met while studying architecture at Kansas State University. Emily holds a master’s degree in interior architecture and product design and Eli a master’s degree in architecture from K-State. He continued his studies after working with Krueck & Sexton Architects in Chicago at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design, where he earned a Master of Architecture II with Distinction. He was subsequently employed by Merge Architects in Boston. After working with BNIM Architects in Kansas City, Emily joined Boston’s Utile Architecture and Planning as a designer.
The couple begin married life by traveling Europe as part of a research fellowship related to the architectural representation of stone monuments.
