Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment. Research shows that people who meditate are happier, healthier, and more successful than those who don’t. The amazing benefits of practicing meditation and mindfulness are available to anyone willing to practice simple mindfulness tasks. This free group meets weekly at 1pm every Sunday afternoon at Prairie Salt Therapy (1140 Westloop Pl) and discusses practical ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine.
