Peter Flannery, 84, died Tuesday, June 2, 2015, at the Bob Dole VA Hospital Hospice House in Wichita. He was born Feb. 2, 1931, in Los Angeles. He was a painter by trade and retired in 1992. He served in the Army during the Korean War and was honorably discharged in 1952.
