Harold Eugene Nibarger, 83, of Manhattan, died Sunday at the Robert Dole VAMC Hospice Unit in Wichita. He was born on Oct. 14, 1929, in Virgil. He was the son of Wayne and Elva (Cunningham) Nibarger. He was married to Ernestine Dehlinger on Nov. 26, 1952, in Wichita.
