Senator Moran,I was wondering why you voted yes as a Congressman in support of the NATIONAL VOTER REGISTRATION ACT

when its open for voter fraud when no kind of ID is required to register?

NBC2 Investigates: Voter fraud

Posted: Feb 02, 2012 1:34 PM CST Updated: Feb 02, 2012 5:32 PM CST

By Andy Pierrotti, NBC2 Investigator

Two elections supervisors are taking action after an NBC2 investigation
uncovers flawed record keeping and human error allowing people who are not
citizens of the United States to vote.

No one knows how widespread this problem is, because county election
supervisors have no way to track non-citizens who live here.

So NBC2 did something election officials never thought to do, and found them
on our own.

“I vote every year,” Hinako Dennett told NBC2.

The Cape Coral resident is not a US citizen, yet she’s registered to vote.

NBC2 found Dennett after reviewing her jury excusal form. She told the Clerk
of Court she couldn’t serve as a juror because she wasn’t a U.S. citizen.

We found her name, and nearly a hundred others like her, in the database of
Florida registered voters.

Naples resident Yvonne Wigglesworth is also a not a citizen, but is
registered to vote. She claims she doesn’t know how she got registered.

“I have no idea. I mean, how am I supposed to know.”

Records show Wigglesworth voted six times in elections dating back eleven
years.

“I know you cannot vote before you become a citizen, so I never tried to do
anything like that,” Samuel Lincoln said.

He isn’t a U.S. citizen either, but the Jamaican national says he doesn’t
know how he ended up registered to vote.

“It’s their mistake, not mine,” said Lincoln.

We obtained a copy of his 2007 voter registration application. It’s clearly
shows he marked U.S. citizen.

“This is under oath, that document, they are attesting that it is true and
by falsifying, it’s a third degree felony,” said Tim Durham, Collier
County’s chief elections supervisor.

County supervisors of elections tell me they have no way to verify
citizenship. Under the 1992 Motor Voter Law, they’re not required to ask for
proof.

Moran sees the handwriting on the wall.  Repubs are about to lose Kansas and could well lose the House through their incessant harboring of hate.  Kansas will spend hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars defending a Kochbach voter registration law that is absurd.  Once they lose that court battle, Kochbach wants to put a scheme in place where there are two classes of voters in Kansas.  That, if instituted, will cost Kansas more money to defend.  And… why?  How many cases of voter fraud have been documented in the court system in Kansas?

Clinging to “birther” conspiracies and Bachmanisms probably cost the Repubs the last Presidential election.  The Repubs are determined it’s ‘my way or the highway’.  It is ridiculous to view the hate even between sects within the Party itself.  Gov Christie was lambasted for even associating with the President.  Sheesh!  And you can’t see why Sen Moran wants to show some semblence of common sense and moderation?

Kochbach has made a fortune off selling his voter registration agenda to state after state.  North Carolina is now involved in an expensive litigation of the Kochbach hate laws.

The cultists will continue their idolization of the Becks, Limbaughs, and Hannitys as they rile up hate and discord.  Internet blogs will be posted as fact and proof of clandestine deeds coming from one side of the aisle.  The more the audience of followers is riled, the more they listen and the more money sponsors pay into the already over-stuffed coffers.  But, when you live to be a disciple of talk radio, you will believe anything and everything that spews from that source.

And you can’t answer it either Larry.

O’Keefe Voter Fraud Investigation: Young Man Offered Holder’s Ballot

by Breitbart News

In a shocking new video, James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas demonstrates to the
Attorney General of the United States, Eric Holder, just why he should be
concerned about lack of voter ID laws - by walking into Holder’s voting
precinct and showing the world that anyone can obtain Eric Holder’s ballot.
Literally.

The video shows a young man entering a Washington, DC polling place at 3401
Nebraska Avenue, NW, on primary day of this year - April 3, 2012 - and
giving Holder’s name and address. The poll worker promptly offers the young
man Holder’s ballot to vote.

Mr. Avery, you seem so worried about a few DOCUMENTED cases of illegals voting.  Do the Kochbach “brownskin” voter registration laws have a clause about felony convictions?  If voters are required to show proof of citizenship, why shouldn’t each voter have to produce a certified, current NCIC printout before voting?  How many people convicted of tax evasion or sex crimes are voting?  If convicted of a felony, you lose your right to vote.  Who checks that?  Are the Republicans as worried about white-collar criminals voting as they are “brownskins”?  Has Brietbart done an expose’ on white-collar criminals voting?  I think not.

Yes, Michael.  Mr. Avery wanted to spread his Breitbart “gospel” to yet another thread.

I thought that one long meaningless thread would have satisfied his trolling interests.  Apparently he plans on working the entire lake.  Perhaps if we just give him this forum, he will leave the others alone.

Video - Florida TV Station Exposes Voter Fraud

April 5, 2012 By Steve Young

The NBC-affiliate in Fort Myers, Florida, recently discovered hundreds of
cases in Florida of illegal aliens and non-US citizens of being registered
and voting in past elections.

This expose’ provides a strong case in support of voter ID laws that are
being pursued by a number of U.S. states leading up to November’s elections.
The U.S. Department of Justice has recently blocked attempts by states like
South Carolina and Texas to implement these laws.
