I lease a building here in Hooterville. I have some girls who run it.  It is sort of a head shop/craft shop/antique shop.
The city fights with me as often as they can. They own the building…It is not the greatest of buildings, but it has historical flavor. The city wants to renegotiate my lease. According to the signed lease, it is mine until January of 2015, but, they want to void that. The city clerk here operates a day center for her kids.  That is what happens in crummy little towns that have no rules. They were supposed to repair the floor…that was four months ago.  When I asked the city clerk and the city engineer today, they said they knew nothing about that…I would have to ask the mayor.  I did, and he said he “was on it”.
A word to the wise; Stay away from crappy little towns..buy an RV and move to Yuma Arizona. Nice and warm, year round.
