So, Brownie and his minions shove through laws that will face Constitutional challenges.  The AG warns the State Legislature, during the legislative process, that these edicts are inviting litigation and probably will not withstand challenges.  Yet, the right wingnuts push them through and Brownie signs them into law. 

Brownie has cut education budgets, because we can’t afford to educate the youth of our State.  KDOT, KDHE… State agency after State agency has seen Brownie cut their budgets, even it those cuts might put at risk our roads, bridges, safe drinking water, pollution control, etc.  But, we can run legislation through that thumbs our nose at the Federal Government and the Supreme Court, even if the taxpayers incur millions in costs defending those laws.  Sheesh!!!!!
