Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, September 21, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Commission Room, 1101 Poyntz Avenue by the Manhattan Urban Area Planning Board for the purpose of hearing all interested parties relative to SUBDIVIDING the following tract of land: An unplatted tract generally located at 2201 Browning Avenue, which fronts on Browning Avenue and Lawrence Road. The property is an approximate nine-tenths (0.9) of an acre tract with an existing single-family house on the property. The CONCURRENT PLAT (Preliminary Plat and Final Plat) of the proposed Filby Addition will create two single-family residential lots with one lot fronting on Browning Avenue (2201 Browning Avenue) and the second lot (vacant) fronting on Lawrence Road. A complete legal description and the proposed plat are available for public inspection in the Community Development Department on the 2nd Floor of City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, 66502. The Manhattan Urban Area Planning Board will base approval of this proposed subdivision on conformance with the Manhattan Urban Area Subdivision Regulations.
