    Join us for free movies on Fridays!  The library auditorium is cool and comfortable with a giant screen for movies - perfect on a hot summer day.  Day camps, clubs and groups are welcome to bring up to 30 children to a showing. Children under the age of 8 must have a parent or caregiver with them or in the building.

    Come & go this afternoon to cut, glue, color and create in the library auditorium. Choose up to four different crafts to make and take home. Crafts will be divided by ages based on level of difficulty, from preschool through upper elementary.

    Join us for our annual storytime all about starting Kindergarten and the first day of school. Receive some helpful hints about starting school and a booklist.

  • 12:00 pm School Safety Expo

    Manhattan Town Center is proud to host the School Safety Expo, presented by ATA Black Belt Academy, this Saturday, August 11, 12-4 pm.  The School Safety Expo showcases safety programs and promotions such as, bicycle safety, anti-bullying messages, fire safety and much more for children K-12.  Local agencies including Manhattan Fire Dept., Riley Co. EMS, Mercy Regional Health Center and others will be onsite to provide parents and kids valuable tips to safely start the new school year.  Riley Co. EMS will have children’s bicycle helmets available for purchase, $7.50 each.
