Hey, Mercury readers, it’s time you had a little fun. And maybe a lot of money.
The Manhattan Mercury on Sunday will launch its first-ever BINGO contest. The top prize: $500.
Here’s how it works:
To win BINGO every square must be filled in - a total card blackout. First of each horizontal, vertical and diagonal game winners to bring their card in, win a $25.00 gift card. So the possible prizes are:
Participants may play the game without purchasing the newspaper. A limited supply of cards will be available at The Mercury office starting Monday, April 7 for those who did not buy the Sunday paper. The cards are also available at Manhattan Town Center. Also, the numbers drawn in the BINGO game after that will be available for free at The Mercury office for one week after publication. Participants have to cut out the numbers from the actual newspaper or obtained from The Mercury office; no photocopied versions will be accepted. Subscribers who receive only the electronic edition of The Mercury need to contact the paper (firstname.lastname@example.org, 785.776.2300) to make special arrangements to participate.
Employees and family members of The Mercury are not eligible to play.
