Wildcats rout Central Arkansas

Shane Southwell scored 19 points as the Kansas State men’s basketball team defeated Central Arkansas 87-54 on Sunday in Bramlage Coliseum.

Southwell was 8 of 14 from the field and added six rebounds, while Thomas Gipson scored 17 points and had six rebounds for the Wildcats. Marcus Foster finished with 10 points.

The Wildcats will be at home again on Wednesday for a matchup with Ole Miss at 8 p.m. The game will be broadcast on ESPN2.
