Washington County 65, Blue Valley 37

At Randolph, the season got off to a slow start for the Blue Valley Rams on Thursday, as they opened the season with a 65-37 blowout loss to Washington County.

The Rams struggled from the get-go, falling behind 26-10 in the first quarter and trailing 44-21 at halftime.

Blue Valley scored just 16 points in the second half to finish shy of 40 points. Marshall Carey led the way for the Rams with 12 points.
