Wamego routs Marysville, 48-0

At Marysville, Wamego scored a big victory over Rock Creek in Week 1, and it kept rolling in Week 2 with a 48-0 win at Marysville.

Quarterback Kyler Alderson led the Red Raiders to a 13-0 lead in the first quarter with a touchdown run and a pass to Brian McCarty.

With touchdowns from Alderson and Wyatt Totten in the second quarter, the Red Raiders pushed their lead to 28-0 by halftime. It was 40-0 going into the fourth quarter.

Wamego (2-0, 1-0 NCKL) will be on the road again this Friday for a game at Concordia (0-2). The Panthers lost to Wellington 27-6 this week.
