Wabaunsee school needs crime help

The Wabaunsee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a break-in of the Mill Creek Valley Grade School in Maple Hill.

The burglary occurred sometime during the over night hours of June 20-21.

The suspects broke several interior and exterior windows causing more than $1,000 in damage.

The suspects also took several iPads and a flat screen LCD television valued at about $7,000 brining the total loss to about $8,000.

Callers may remain anonymous and a cash reward is possible for information that leads to the identity of the suspects and recovery of the stolen property.
