Vehicle burglaries reported in close proximity

Two vehicle burglaries were reported in the same 3000 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard during similar time frames.

Robert Jordan, 28, 3000 Tuttle Creek Blvd., Lot 15, told police that a wallet, money, Oakley sunglasses, medication and a brace were stolen from his car sometime between 10 p.m. on April 23 and 5 a.m. on April 24.

Lt. Josh Kyle said no damage to his vehicle was reported, but the unknown suspect attempted to use one of his financial cards in Ogden. The total loss was $1,735.

In the second incident, Von Van Kirk, 68, Tuttle Creek Blvd., Lot 405, reported that a black TomTom GPS was stolen from his unlocked car sometime between 2 p.m. on April 23 and 9 a.m. on April 24.

The total loss was $300.

Both cases are still under investigation.
