USD 383 secondary education director

Jeanne Disney has been named the director of secondary education for USD 383. Disney will begin her position July 8.

Disney comes to USD 383 from the Topeka School District, where she served as principal of Shaner Elementary School. Prior to that, she was an instructional coach at Topeka High School and a middle school/high school social studies teacher in Topeka, Wichita and Girard. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Kansas, a master’s degree in liberal studies from Friends University, a master’s in school leadership from Baker University and is a doctoral candidate in curriculum and instruction from the University of Kansas.
