Upcoming Poyntz and Humbolt closures

Beginning Monday, July 15, N. 4th Street between Poyntz Avenue and Humbolt Street will be closed to traffic and street parking. Traffic will be detoured to 3rd and 5th Streets. Parking will be available in the Humbolt City parking lot, mall parking lot and side streets. Beginning Monday, the east sidewalk on Poyntz Avenue will be closed to pedestrians but access will be created for business with only one enterence.

During the N. 4th Street closure S. 4th Street at Poyntz Avenue will have a ‘T’ intersection allowing traffic to turn either east or west onto Poyntz Avenue. Traffic on Poyntz will continue in both directions.

The intersection will be impacted for 4 to 6 weeks. Please drive slowly, obey all posted traffic control signs and use caution around the project area.
