Three people suffered reportedly minor injuries following a two-car accident Monday afternoon at Anderson Avenue and Garden Way.

Lt. Josh Kyle said Paulina Dawson, 51, Manhattan, rear-ended her green 2000 Mazda MPV van into a gold 2003 Toyota Camry driven by Belinda Fellows, 51, Manhattan, when Fellows was stopped in traffic.

Riley County EMS transported Dawson and two passengers from Fellows’ car, a newborn baby and a 24-year-old woman, to Mercy Regional Health Center, but indicated that no one suffered serious injuries. Officers cited Dawson for inattentive driving. Kyle said the incident occurred at about 2:20 p.m.
