Thomas E. Fleeker, 69, of Great Falls, Mont., died Wednesday in the hospice at Great Falls, Mont.

He was born to William and Ruth (Omstead) Fleeker in Manhattan on Feb. 13, 1945.  He attended Manhattan schools and served in the U.S. Navy.

After serving in the Navy, he was a diesel mechanic for many years. In his spare time he enjoyed, fishing, camping, gardening and working on cars.

He is survived by his son, Thomas E. Fleeker, Jr.; his daughter, Kim Rastellini; three grandchildren; a sister, Billie Louise Steavenson; and a brother, Charles R. Fleeker.

His parents, William and Ruth Fleeker, preceded him in death.  There will be a private ceremony at a later date.
