Thomas E. Hannah Sr., 68, formerly of Manhattan and Osawatomie, died Sunday, July 13, 2014, in Valdosta, Ga., at the home of his daughter, Annette Hannah Clark.

Tom was born Jan. 10, 1946, in Robson, W.Va., to Lela and Everett Hannah, who preceded him in death on April 27, and May 27, 2003.

Tom’s oldest son, Thomas Hannah Jr., preceded him in death on Feb. 13, 2013.

Tom is survived by his brother, Bub Hannah and wife, Susie, of Page, W.Va.; his sister, Judy Settle and husband, Tim, of Corpus Christi, Texas; his daughter, Annette Clark and husband, Tony, and son, Michael Hannah, all of Valdosta, Ga. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, and one great-grandson.

A benefit jam session fundraiser will be held to help the Hannah family with medical and funeral expenses from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 17, at VFW Post 1786 in Manhattan.
