Thefts reported in Onaga

The Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office is investigating thefts from the Onaga area. Sometime between Jan. 10 and Jan. 17, a   22-foot long tilt flat bed trailer was taken from 110 E Third St. in Onaga. The trailer is black with white wheels, a spare tire mounted on the right side of the tongue and a receiver hitch mounted behind the hitch as a wench mount. The wench was not present when taken. The trailer is a 2010 Fastline and is valued at more than $1,000.  Also reported stolen between Jan. 7 and Jan. 17 was a pair of Tasco binoculars, a Caterpillar road grader key, and a digital thermometer. These items were taken from a Pottawatomie County grader that had been parked at the fairgrounds in Onaga.
