Terri Lisa Sours, 51, of Lawrence, died Monday at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

The family provided some of the following information.

Terri was born in Medford, Ore., on Aug. 25, 1962, to Benjamin Franklin Sours and the late Patricia Ann (Webster) Sours.

In 1981, Terri graduated from high school in Clay Center.  She worked as a Laborer at Cottonwood Incorporated for four years.

Terri is survived by her father, Benjamin Sours, and step-mother, Lucile of Winchester;  brother Kirk Sours and wife Denise of Linwood; her nieces Layci Kuder and Erin Sours; and nephew Jesse Sours; her step-family Ron and Janette Drury, David and Karen Seay, Ken and Dee Seay; and many friends.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Sours; her grandparents; an infant brother, Clark Sours; and nephew Tyrel Sours.

Family will receive friends Monday at Irvin-Parkview Funeral Home from 9 to 10 a.m.  The funeral service will follow at 10 a.m.  Burial will follow in Spring Creek Cemetery.

Family has requested donations to Cottonwood Incorporated, where Terri worked and spent her time making friends.
