Teddy “Ted” Charles Ganote, 69, of Tahlequah, Okla., died Friday, May 16, 2014, at the Mercy Regional Health Center.

He was born in Talihina, Okla., on May 20, 1944. He was the proud owner and operator of Ted’s TVs and Appliances in Tulsa for more than 25 years.

On June 28, 2010, he married Darlene Ross. She survives of the home along with his adopted daughter, Elizabeth Ross Ganote.

In addition to his wife and daughter, he is survived by five children, Wesley Ross and Lauren of McAlister, Okla., Tawanna Ross of Riley, Ewing Matthew Ross of the home, Darlene Peters and Robie of Riley, and Keanosha Dalke and David of Junction City; and five grandchildren.

Memorial services were on May 30, 2014, at the Cedar Tree Baptist Church in Tahlequah, Okla.

The Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home in Riley handled the arrangements.
