Suspect arrested for burglary

The Wabaunsee County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man July 16 after a school was burglarized and damaged in late June.

William Joseph Ledeboer, 21, Maple Hill, was charged with burglary, theft and criminal damage to property.

The county’s sheriff Doug Howser said a school employee discovered Maple Hill’s USD 329 Mill Creek Valley Grade School buildings were burglarized June 21. A total loss of $12,000 was reported. A 32 inch LCD TV and 17 iPads were stolen and are still missing.
