Stonestreet, Modern Family costar to visit KSU

Modern Family TV stars Eric Stonestreet and Jesse Tyler Ferguson will visit K-State’s McCain Auditorium at 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 19.

“An Evening with Eric Stonestreet and Jesse Tyler Ferguson” will feature the Modern Family actors giving the audience a behind-the-scenes look into television happenings, along with discussions and a question-and-answer session.

The two come as a late addition to the 2014-15 McCain Performance Series.

Stonestreet is a two-time Emmy winner and 1996 Kansas State University graduate.

Ferguson has received five consecutive Emmy nominations for his work on Modern Family.

Stonestreet plays Cameron Tucker on the show, and Ferguson portrays Mitchell Pritchett. Tucker and Pritchett are a couple with an adopted daughter, Lily.

Tickets to “An Evening with Eric Stonestreet and Jesse Tyler Ferguson” are $39-$150, with student tickets 50 percent off. Applicable taxes and fees may apply.
