Six graduate from Flint Hills Christian School

Six students graduated from Flint Hills Christian School on May 18.

The salutatorian, Amber Seymour and the two valedictorians, Courtney Cranford and Mary Harner, all spoke of their time at FHCS and about what the future may bring.

Courtney Cranford plans on attending Emporia State University. She plans on majoring in either business management or secondary education.

Anna Evans will be attending Kansas State University. She is uncertain of her major at this time.

Mary Harner will be attending Kansas State University in the fall. She plans to major in Elementary Education and hopes to one day teach first grade.

John Rogers will be attending Kansas State University also. He is unsure of a major, but is leaning towards either anthropology or pre-med.

Amber Seymour plans to attend Emporia State University to study nursing. After college she hopes to do mission work with children overseas.

Jacob Shultz is uncertain of his plans, but is considering enlisting in the Army.

Cheryl Bieri was a foreign exchange student at FHCS this year. While she did not officially graduate from Flint Hills, she did participate in the graduation ceremony. She will return to her native Netherlands and plans to major in international business and communication.
