Silver Lake 48, Rock Creek 38

At Flush, after a strong first quarter, the Rock Creek Mustangs just couldn’t get it going on Friday in a 48-38 loss to Silver Lake.

The Eagles held a 17-15 advantage after a high-scoring first quarter, but Silver Lake extended that to a 27-22 halftime lead.

The Mustangs would pull within one point going into the fourth, but were outscored 17-8 in the final period to fall behind by 10 points.

Rock Creek had one play in double-digits, as Lizz Herrs finished with 17 points.
