Sign-up for Junior Wildcat Volleyball Camp open

Kansas State will conduct its first Junior Wildcat Camp of 2014 on Saturday, March 8 from 9 a.m. to noon in the Ahearn Field House gymnasium.

Registration for the clinic is now open for grades kindergarten through fifth and costs $45.

The camp, hosted by K-State volleyball coach Suzie Fritz and instructed by K-State staff and student-athletes, is designed to introduce the fundamentals of volleyball to young athletes.

Camp participants will develop skills in fun and interesting ways in small group and team play environments.

The day includes three hours of skill instruction in passing, setting, serving and digging, as well as attacking and blocking.

Registration and payment before the clinic date are required.

Camp participants can register at Check-in on the day of the clinic begins at 8:30 am.
