Three roommates were arrested Thursday on various drug charges after Riley County officers executed a search warrant at their apartment.
Officers arrested Tristan Michael, 23, Joshua Carroll, 23, and Brock Pierce, 21, all of 519 N. Manhattan Ave., where officers seized 3 ounces of marijuana, 9.8 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, drug paraphernalia and $602. Police also searched an apartment at 1117 Vattier St., where they seized $500.
Michael was arrested for possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of psilocybin mushrooms, possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor and felony), no Kansas Drug Tax Stamp, and unlawful acquisition of drug proceeds.
He was released from the Riley County Jail on $9,000 bond.
Carroll was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released from Riley County Jail on $1,000 bond.
Pierce was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released from Riley County Jail on $1,000 bond.
The arrests are the result of an ongoing investigation into illegal drug use in Riley County. Since Sunday, four other people have been arrested on various drug charges.
