Providing right-of-way to help bus system would cost city little

To the Editor:
After reading the article about the Area Transportation Agency’s fixed bus routes in Sunday’s paper, it is obvious to us that our newly elected city commissioners are holding up progress in the City of Manhattan. The ATA bus situation is another indication that a few of our commissioners are going to do everything possible to advance their own personal agenda and ignore what a large portion of Manhattan citizens, organizations and businesses want.
