In Blue Rapids, Wamego used a 26-6 run in the second quarter to turn a three-point lead into a 23-point advantage. The Red Raiders would cruise from there, defeating Valley Heights 58-27 on Friday night.

Wamego, which improved to 10-4 on the season, was led by Kaylee and Lanie Page, who combined for 36 points. Valley Heights Drew Mann scored 14 points to lead the Mustangs, who fell to 7-9 on the year.
