Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be heard on Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Commission Room, City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue by the Manhattan Board of Zoning Appeals for the purpose of hearing all interested parties relative to a request for a CONDITIONAL USE under the terms of the Manhattan Zoning Ordinance of the City of Manhattan, Kansas, to allow for a telecommunication facility to be concealed within a church bell tower and accessory ground equipment at 2900 Kimball Avenue.  The bell tower is proposed to be increase to a height of approximately sixty-
seven (67) feet.

This CONDITIONAL USE is for property located on the following tract of land:  St. Thomas More Catholic Church - 2900 Kimball Avenue.
