Nathan Brown is the new tier one technical support engineer.  Nathan is a 2013 graduate from the Manhattan Area Technical College, where he graduated with an associate of applied science in information network technology.  In this newly created position, Brown will provide tier one support to the managed services customers, including new products such as FIT and Safety Net.  Nathan will also be the main in-house technician for the Icon Enterprises family (CivicPlus and Networks Plus).
