Nebraska Wesleyan sweeps MCC baseball

The Manhattan Christian College baseball team was swept on the road Tuesday, losing to Nebraska Wesleyan 3-2 and 10-2.

The Crusaders lost the first game 3-2 despite two hits and an RBI from Mike Foster. MCC led 2-1 going into the bottom of the seventh, but Nebraska Wesleyan scored one run in the sixth and one in the eighth to win.

Nebraska scored three runs in the first and four in the second in Game 2, adding runs in the fifth and sixth innings to close out the contest.
