To the Editor:
Since Lee Modesitt does not have a public voting record to study, I questioned him about the role of a state representative. Mr. Modesitt told me a state representative is a public servant who has an obligation to vote how his or her constituents ask. Ultimately, his voting pattern for House District 66 will be based on “building a consensus among citizens in the district and advocating for policy that protects our interest.”
