MHS soccer routs Chargers, 10-0

Manhattan High’s JV soccer team defeated Topeka West 11-1 Monday at Anneberg Park.

Kirkland Lambert had three goals and an assist. Austin French scored twice. Brandon Religa had a goal and an assist.

Other goals came from Ibrahim Altamimi, Justin Wickham, Ben Turnley and Sachin DeYoung. Other assists were from Michael Cossey, Mattt Turnley, Jaden Cadey and Casey Hoffman.

MHS outshot Topeka West 28-1. Hoffman, DeYoung and Wes Whitney spent time in goal.

The JV moved to 11-1-1 on the season. The final game of the season for the JV is Thursday at 4:30 at Anneberg against Junction City.
