MCC defeated Central Christian College of the Bible on Friday night, 80-74, in Moberly, Mo., and then traveled to St. Louis where it defeated St. Louis Christian College, 92-60.
The win over Central Christian College was a struggle for the Crusaders. MCC (13-7, 6-0) took a quick 23-13 lead, but CCCB would not go away, with the Crusaders only leading 39-38 at halftime.
Central Christian College opened the second half by scoring the first five points to go up 43-39, but MCC responded with an 8-0 run to take back the lead it would never relinquish.

MCC got off to a solid start against St. Louis Christian College on Saturday, taking an early 14-10 lead, but St. Louis came back with a 16-3 run of its own to go up 26-17 midway through the first half.
The Crusaders, however, closed the half on a 21-7 run to take a 38-33 lead at the break.
