MCC baseball swept by Waldorf College

The Manhattan Christian College baseball team was swept in a three-game series over the weekend by Waldorf College, losing 15-0, 13-0 and 9-0.

The Crusaders struggled in the first game a 15-0 loss, finishing with just one hit and eight errors, while surrendering nine hits to their opponents.

Trey Shelton had the lone hit for MCC.

Hitting was an issue again in the next game, as the Crusaders fell 13-0 on Saturday. MCC was no-hit in the game.

The Crusaders had a series-high two hits in the 9-0 loss to Waldorf in the Saturday finale,with the hits coming from Codi Morris and Alex Campbell.
