Man shot in Junction City

A Fort Riley soldier was injured when he was shot early Saturday morning outside a Junction City club.

Jeffrey D. Bragg Jr., 20, reportedly was shot in the parking lot of Club Rose, 851 Grant Ave. Junction City. Police were dispatched to the Shell Station at 1808 N. Washington St. at 2:08 a.m., according to a report from Lt. Jeff Childs of the Junction City Police Department.

Bragg was first taken to the Geary Community Hospital before being transferred to Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka. He is in serious condition, according to the report.
