An elderly man died Wednesday after he was reportedly pinned beneath his tractor while working on his private property outside of Junction City.

He has been identified as Clayton Moon, 80, of Geary County.

Officials said emergency responders were called to 3220 Kansas Highway 57 North at approximately 4:30 p.m., but they said the man was dead when emergency crews arrived.

He reportedly was pinned under the tractor after it rolled over onto him while he was moving a bale of hay.
