A Fort Riley soldier was arrested early Saturday morning in Aggieville for disorderly conduct after Riley County officers observed an altercation taking place in the 1200 block of Moro Street.

Officers arrested Luis Enrique Rosario III, 21, for his involvement in the fight. He was released from the Riley County Jail on $750 bond.

Lt. Josh Kyle said that after the incident settled down, it was revealed that the altercation was reportedly related to a sexual battery that occurred at approximately 1:45 a.m. A 23-year-old woman told police that a man groped her, but no arrests were made for the charge.
